After 100km's, ten hours on hold on phone (yesterday 5 hours alone on phone on hold and call in Telstra Shop at Darwin) trying to get internet sorted...1 hour and 50minutes this morning and still not resolved.  Have just had to pay outright for a new modem thing as they now figured out our new one is buggered.....long story cut short very angry about Telstra and using Del's internet to post missing last few weeks and update.
